Many, many years in the startup ecosystem across a variety of roles. This rich experience includes significant time as a startup executive, as well as close to 25 years advising tech startups in my consulting practice. As a result of seeing nearly every startup situation imaginable, I can provide key best practices as well as guide startup founders away from common "blind alleys" that hurt a startup's development.

Guiding a client over 4 years from $2M to nearly $20M in revenue, culminating in a successful exit via a sale of the company to Google.

Retainer-Based Advisor and Interim, Fractional Senior Executive
This service is intended for companies with longer-term or more in-depth needs. This assignment generally starts with a full review of the client company. Depending upon findings, agreement is reached on areas to concentrate on. Assistance is provided in all areas of starting up and running a software or hardware company. The focus is on market and customer-facing activities, including marketing mix items such as pricing, promotional strategy, product planning, sales and channel strategy, international, etc. Services are billed on a flat fee, quarterly basis, and are value-based, not time-based.

Meet 2 to 4 times/month virtually in a group setting with me, along with up to 4 other startup founder peers. Get advice and support on YOUR startup issues, whether it be product planning, go-to-market, product/market fit, fundraising, hiring, etc.
